1. What prices are your services?
Prices for training courses, services and products can be found in their individual listings.
2. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are accepted for all unopened merchandise. Returns of special order items may incur a restocking fee. Sales of PADI eLearning training materials are non-refundable.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit card* and PayPal* payments. *subject to a 2.9% transaction fee.
4. What delivery options do you offer?
Delivery can be made most places around the world. Shipping rates will be applied based on the real shipping costs associated.
5. What support options are available?
Support is offered at no additional cost at anytime for all training courses and is available by phone, text or email. Support for product installation is available during pick-up or by appointment.
6. What additional services are available?
At Neptune's Army we are all about anything diving. If you need a product or service not found on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to source something for you.
